Bayonetta Dev Wants to Make Sequel
Commodity news program: everyone wants to make a Bayonetta sequel. Bad news: IT's going to be a patc before the envision really manifests.
Bayonetta managed to convince a batch of fans thanks to its stylish action, as fit its utter ridiculousness. The game as wel garnered neighbouring-ecumenical praise from critics, so it's non on the button surprising that people have been clamoring for a sequel ever since. From the sound of things, PlatinumGames is planning just such a jut, but it's going to personify a patc before it comes kayoed.
Studio co-founder Atsushi Inaba, speaking to Eurogamer, aforementioned the company "would love" to stimulate a sequel, but that it will only set so "when the time is right."
Inaba's affirmation comes as a stick to-up to a tweet by fellow PlatinumGames co-founder Hideki Kamiya. When a winnow asked Kamiya "will thither be a Bayonetta 2?" Kamiya responded "I believe so" and told another follower "she'll be support if you think indeed."
Inaba's nebulous response sounds bright, but he made a point of explaining that the game International Relations and Security Network't coming anytime soon. "There is no objective plan or agenda that we can sing about," he told Eurogamer. "IT's not like Kamiya said, 'Sanction, we're going away to fix this.' But Bayonetta is by all odds a specialised IP for us. We loved creating that game. We think it was a really good game. We would love to make a sequel to it when the time is right. That's all we derriere say."
Back in Abut, Sega indicated that it'd probably be willing to make a sequel, so it sounds like fans will eventually bewilder to see one. Leastways it sounds like every company is interested in the project, which is a promising beginning.
